2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
2.3 Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session or require rescheduling based on availability.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance for eligible services.
3.2 Insurance Billing: Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage. Any unpaid balances due to insurance denial or co-pays are the patient?s responsibility.
3.3 Refunds: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Prepaid packages may be refundable under specific conditions determined by management.

4.2 Compliance with Treatment Plans: Your results depend on following the treatment plan, attending scheduled sessions, and completing prescribed exercises.
